Our live meditation community meets virtually every M/W/F @ 12 p.m. ET/ 11 a.m. CT / 10 a.m. MT / 9 a.m. PT.

Each session is 20-25 min and includes:  

  • Introduction re: mindfulness

  • Learn/practice meditation strategy

  • Process experience in journal

  • Group discussion

Designed by attorneys for attorneys, we teach legal professionals how to attain and sustain stress resilience. By practicing a variety of science-based tools, community members can find strategies that work for them as individuals.  Your first 3 sessions are complimentary. Join us!



Practice evidence-based mindfulness tools to feel at peace and centered, such as:

 • Gratitude

       • Loving Kindness

       • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)



Explore exercises to connect your mental state and physical body, including:

       • Body Scan

       • Yoga (sitting and standing)



Learn fast, effective breathing techniques to feel calm and focused, like:

Regardless of your experience level with meditation, all are welcome and encouraged to join! This is ultimately about making a personal commitment to prioritize the most relationship in your life—YOU.

Are all sessions live?

Because we believe in the power of synergy, we strive to maximize opportunities for live instruction and practice. We also have recordings available so no worries if you miss a live session.

How long is the meditation program?

Community sessions generally last 20-25 min, but never exceed 30 min. We start with a brief 1-2 min intro, typically meditate for 7-10 min, take a minute to write about/process our experience, then use the remaining time for group discussion and questions.

What types of packages do you have available?
