OUR MISSION

We are committed to building a mindful, trauma-informed legal community that prioritizes holistic individual and organizational health. By implementing healthy, holistic means to manage chronic and day-to-day stressors among attorneys and their staff, we can create purposeful work environments that safeguard and support our ability to be happy and productive legal advocates and human beings!

We empower legal practitioners to protect their well-being and livelihood using practical strategies and evidence-based mindfulness methods to relieve stress, combat implicit bias, promote civility, consciously leverage technology, as well as prevent vicarious traumatization and burnout. By sharing our personal struggles and triumphs, we seek to generate open and honest conversations about the pervasive, yet "taboo" health risks of practicing law, including mental health concerns, addiction, and suicide.

"Cindy and Becky delivered an excellent and engaging CLE presentation for our firm's annual CLE seminar on mental health and substance abuse in the legal profession. They adapted their presentation to our jurisdiction’s CLE requirements and gave an engaging presentation. In the lead up to the event, they were communicative and responsive and took the time to understand our firm’s needs. I highly recommend their services."
