UNLOCK YOUR INNER POTENTIAL TODAY

Preserve Self, Maintain Wealth

OUR MISSION

We are committed to building an inclusive, mindful legal community that prioritizes holistic individual and organizational health. By implementing healthy means to manage chronic and day-to-day stressors among attorneys and their staff, we can create purposeful work environments that safeguard and support our ability to be happy and productive legal advocates and human beings!

We empower legal practitioners to protect their well-being and livelihood using evidence-based mindfulness methods to relieve stress, combat implicit bias, promote civility, as well as prevent vicarious traumatization and burnout. By sharing our personal struggles and triumphs, we seek to generate open and honest conversations about the pervasive, yet "taboo" health risks of practicing law--including mental health concerns, addiction, and suicide.

"Cynthia & Becky are excellent presenters with a personal interest and passion for the topic of mindfulness. Their programming is so worthwhile! During the webinar, they shared many hands on tips from mantras to breathing techniques. I would definitely recommend their program to any professional looking to incorporate mindfulness into their daily routine!"
